OUR CHEF
At Clava we offer a selection of Italian inspired contemporary dishes. Our award winning Chef Valentino is inspired by his Italian heritage and the local produce he has become accustomed to using during his time in Surrey. Valentino works with local artisan suppliers and the freshest produce from the surrounding area, and combines it with the very best from his native home in Italy in order to create the dishes on our menu, which strike the perfect balance between traditional and contemporary.
Our Space
Located in the picturesque Surrey village of West Byfleet, Clava offers a striking ambiance with a modern yet cosy atmosphere. A stones throw from the train station, with regular links into London, it could not be easier to visit us. During those long summer nights, our outdoor terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy an Aperitivo as the sun sets.
Our Manager
Our Manager and Sommelier Giulio comes from a wealth of experience in the service industry and brings with him an extensive knowledge of international wines and spirits. Giulio believes that pairing your dish with a great wine can turn your meal into a truly memorable dining experience.
