Probably the best food I have ever eaten
We hosted my husbands 50th birthday here and I cannot fault anything, the decor is subdued and tasteful allowing the food and drinks to speak for themselves.The food was amazing, the wines chosen by Giulio were spectacular. Very positive first impressions
My wife & I visited for the first time yesterday, a week after the restaurant opened. Tasteful decor and space. Nicely balanced menu. Particularly helpful that all the pasta dishes can be either starters or mains. Well constructed wine list. Date night
My husband and I booked Clava Restaurant on a recommendation of our neighbours. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is stunning inside, and has a really lovely atmosphere. Birthday Dinner

Yet Another Success !!!
If you, like my family & I, have been following the career of this incredibly talented young chef then it will come as no surprise to that his new restaurant “Clava” in West Byfleet, Surrey does not disappoint. He, along with his partner Giulio, a first-class sommelier, have created a very stylish restaurant with incredible contemporary Italian food along with some of the finest Italian wines this side of Tuscany. We had the pleasure of visiting “Clava” last night and the attention to detail on all aspects of our gastronomic journey were outstanding. From the warmest of welcomes to the fondest of farewells we were treated to exceptional food, fantastic wines and the best service in a restaurant we have had for a very long time. Given Valentino’s previous successes I cannot see “Clava” being anything other than a “little gem” in the heart of surrey. What a fantastic restaurant!
Wow! This place is beautiful. The restaurant itself is stunning and the food is amazing! We had such an enjoyable evening at Clava. Service was impeccable, the team there were friendly, unpretentious and they went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our evening.
